RETURNS
All returns must be announced by e-mail at the following address: info@dalounge2.com. Packages returned without valid return number will be rejected. Your return number will be sent by e-mail within 48 hours maximum. The returns are accepted only with the original carton. Packages open can in no way be included.
Defects and mistakes
Any damage transport must advertise immediately to the carrier. Goods sent by mistake or too must be returned immediately, or at the latest within 7 days. In the event of no return, the merchandise will be charged.
Deadline for withdrawal
Dalounge 2.0 provides a time limit of 7 days from the date of delivery of products and pledged to resume, provided that they are neither damaged nor open, and in their original packaging. The right to cancel does not apply to products specially ordered |
